Claypave is a privately owned and operated Australian company specialising in the manufacture of clay pavers.
The product range includes domestic and commercial pavers, large format pavers, refractory bricks and accessories.
Originally founded in the 1880s, Claypave has focused primarily on manufacturing of quality pavers for the past 30 years. Changes in consumer trends to larger format pavers meant that Claypave expanded its production capabilities to enable production of 300mm by 300mm pavers. Innovation and improvement are driving forces at Claypave and. in 2005, it installed state-of-the-art robotics and presses to enable it to make repressed 400mm by 400mm and 300mm by 300mm pavers – a world first.
Claypave has a unique manufacturing process that allows creation of a paver in custom-built machines that is accurate both in size and shape. To complement the extensive paving range, Claypave makes a full range of paver accessories, including bullnose pavers, pool copers, channel drains, garden edges, kerb blocks, tactile pavers and abrasive resistant commercial paver range.
Gumnut Concrete Products
Gumnut pavers come in six standard colours and two different finish textures – the stock finish is the Rock texture (more textured). The Stone (smoother) finish can be made to order. The pavers are suitable for use in courtyards, pool surrounds and entertaining areas as well as stepping stones.
In addition to the standard pavers, we also have sleeper pavers which come in the same finish as the Gumnut sleepers. They are available in the ‘Natural’ weathered timber colour or can be made to order in any Gumnut standard paver colour or any other colour of your choice through our colour matching service.

Other products from Claypave
As well as the full range of Claypave clay paving, Lifestyle Landscaping also stocks Claypave fire bricks, fire clay and pizza oven kits.
Fire bricks are used in building pizza ovens, kilns and furnaces and vary in thickness from 40mm to 83mm. They will withstand temperatures of up to 1200degC.
Fire clay comes in powder form in 30kg bags. It can be used as a mortar when mixed on site with three parts sand, two parts cement to one part fire clay.
Wood-fired pizza oven kits are also available, including everything needed to build the oven, from the hot surface to the rendered finish. Bricks are available to build the minimum base of 1200mm by 1500mm.
